About Jack Jeffrey:
I am currently studying Japanese Studies with a foundation year at The University of Sheffield. Returning to education at the age of 25, I have had a wealth of work experience prior to this and would love the opportunity for part time work to keep up my customer service skills and explore an area of work I have not before.
Experience
Since I was 16, I’ve worked for 2 years in retail with my time at Asda where I was a process colleague, handling markdowns, stock count and general customer enquiries. Past this I worked in IT for 6 years until returning to university, this has equated to an expert knowledge of working with computers and has also allowed me to be very good at learning new technologies or systems. Beyond that, working in total for 8 years in customer oriented jobs has allowed me to really develop my confidence and ability to interact with customers, deal with their requests, act in friendly and professional manner and most importantly be a great asset to any team.
