During my time as a Customer Service team member at David Lloyd, I developed strong interpersonal skills, engaging with a wide range of customers and ensuring their needs were met promptly and effectively, also filling in for shifts on the bar area. My role as a Marketing Intern at Webhelp further honed my ability to manage tasks efficiently and work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.

I pride myself on my attention to detail, as demonstrated in my role as an Online Shopper at Sainsbury’s, where accuracy and quality were paramount in meeting customer expectations. Additionally, my proactive approach and problem-solving abilities were key in my various positions, allowing me to adapt quickly to new challenges and ensure smooth operations.

I have gained diverse work experience across various roles, demonstrating strong skills in project management, customer service, and teamwork. As a Marketing Intern at Webhelp, I played a crucial role in developing and launching new website solution pages, managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting content creation. In my role at David Lloyd, I provided excellent customer service, coaching children and leading team activities. At Sainsbury’s, I ensured efficient and accurate order fulfillment as an Online Shopper, contributing to high customer satisfaction. Additionally, as an Assistant Green Keeper at Blackwell Golf Club, I supported the maintenance of the golf course, demonstrating adaptability and attention to detail. My experiences have equipped me with valuable skills in communication, task management, and problem-solving.


I am a soon to be graduate in business management at Cardiff University (Graduating July 2024). This has provided me with a strong foundation in key business principles, which are highly relevant to a barista role. Through my coursework, I have developed excellent organizational and time management skills, enabling me to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The degree has also enhanced my understanding of customer service dynamics and the importance of creating a positive customer experience. Additionally, my studies have equipped me with effective communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaborating with colleagues and engaging with customers. The problem-solving and analytical skills I have honed will help me address any challenges that arise and contribute to the smooth operation of the café.
