My professional journey has been defined by impactful roles in IT support. As an Onsite Support Analyst at Danone, I provided essential IT assistance to a wide user base, ensuring seamless operations for over 700 individuals across multiple locations. This encompassed hands-on tasks like server maintenance, hardware replacements, and software upgrades, along with conducting training sessions and facilitating technical setups. My time at CGI as an Apprentice Service Desk Technical Analyst further honed my skills.
