Services offered

I am a highly experienced Senior Manager with extensive expertise in royalty management and a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage heavy, varied workloads with precision and attention to detail.

I have successfully led large teams comprising managers, supervisors, and administrative coordinators, as well as designed and delivered training programmes for staff at all levels from entry level to senior management.

I am committed to driving continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes, implementing best practices, and optimising business as usual operations. My problem solving approach is strategic, ensuring that improvements deliver measurable business benefits.

My communication and leadership skills are highly developed, enabling me to work effectively across internal teams, external departments, and industry stakeholders. I have extensive experience liaising with authors, artists, illustrators, designers, and other contracted parties, as well as high profile legal and publishing figures, to resolve complex royalty, contract, and sub-rights matters professionally and efficiently.

As a recognised subject matter expert and in house trainer for the Rightsline Alliant royalty application, I design and deliver both group and bespoke training sessions, supported by clear and comprehensive documentation.

My technical skills include advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and database manipulation) and advanced Word (including mail merges), alongside proficiency in royalty and sub-rights systems such as Rightsline Alliant, Biblio, Vista, bespoke in-house royalty systems, SAP, and AS400.

Having lived in France for seven years, I am also able to communicate in conversational French with basic written proficiency, providing an additional layer of flexibility in international environments.

I am confident that my combination of leadership, subject matter expertise, and technical proficiency will add value to your organisation. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience can contribute to your team’s success.
