About Jacqueline Teague:

I initially worked in various roles for over 27 years for Lancashire County Council, I progressed from offering direct support to adults with a learning disability to being part a multi-agency team that delivers specialist support.

I have excellent interpersonal, management, negotiation and motivational skills giving any of the teams I work with guidance, support and an experienced view of how they should deal with meeting their objectives in delivering government or organizational objectives.

In my latest role as Ward Clerk/ Admin in the ICU at the Royal Berkshire, I am responsible for taking the lead in working with a range of stake holders from the local authority, various colleagues from health services, fellow providers and partners from the 3rd sector. I worked for the NHS throughout the recent Covid19 pandemic and the importance of communication was vital, especially when learning new strategies almost daily.

I am an excellent communicator and I am able to communicate at all levels from senior management down to individuals at customer level.

I am now looking to use my experience and knowledge to continue to work alongside associated colleagues to help enhance the lives of people from various backgrounds and groups.
