Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance either brand or personal reputation and visibility. Managed media relations, including drafting press releases, organizing interviews with TV, Radio and Digital media whilst cultivating relationships with key journalists and influencers. Coordinated and managed events, sponsorships, and media appearances to align with brand messaging. Monitored media coverage and crafting timely and effective responses to safeguard the brand or person’s image. Oversaw the creation of press kits, media materials, and digital content to ensure consistency across all channels. 

APRIL 2023 – JULY 2024 Digital Marketing Manager: Sotheby’s International Realty 

In my role as Digital Marketing Manager at Sotheby’s International Realty, I report to the Director of Marketing for the UK, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia. I manage the budget and strategy for property portals, lead a listing administration team of 6 people to implement this strategy, and analyze ROI using Salesforce to assess marketing effectiveness. I also use sales techniques to negotiate with account managers to secure the best packages for the company at competitive prices. Additionally, I utilize Salesforce to identify general market trends and develop strategies that maximize visibility and coverage for all listings, thereby driving business growth and enhancing brand awareness. 

JANUARY 2022 – MARCH 2023 Talent Acquisition Consultant / Marketing Assistant: 

Foxtons As a talent acquisition consultant at Foxtons, I was responsible for sourcing the best talent across all departments, including sales, property management, and front of house. Working closely with senior executives. Upon seeking to expand my responsibilities, I proactively requested to assist with multiple marketing campaigns. This allowed me to contribute creatively to a field I am passionate about whilst also gaining valuable experience in campaign management, content creation via social media, and market analysis using Salesforce. 

JUNE 2021 – DECEMBER 2021 Retail Branch Manager: We Buy Any Car 

As a Retail Branch Manager at WeBuyAnyCar.com, I managed multiple branch locations in London, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. My responsibilities included calling customers to confirm appointments, inspecting and valuing cars, and utilizing sales techniques to purchase vehicles at the correct price. I ensured each transaction was efficient and satisfactory for both the company and the customer, contributing to the overall success and growth of the branches I managed. 

JUNE 2019 – JULY 2019 Internship: Midas Public Relations During my internship at Midas Public Relations in London, my responsibilities included attending and supervising events whilst ensuring their successful execution and I worked with high-profile clients, assisting account and campaign managers with their clients’ book launches, art exhibition launches or any other campaign kickoffs. Other responsibilities included drafting press releases and writing pitches so captivate the press, which generated the best coverage for the client. I also liaised with clients to provide optimal management of their social media, interview schedules and general visibility in all mediums.

 SEPTEMBER 2013 - MARCH 2016 Part-time Barista: Costa Coffee (Thame) 

Alongside my freelance work I also worked in my local coffee shop in Thame, Oxfordshire. This involved serving a large variety of food and beverages for customers in an extremely fast-paced environment. This role enhanced my communication and time management skills. 

SEPTEMBER 2013 - MARCH 2016 Freelance JavaScript engineer: Mostly working with QA Training and TFL As a freelance JavaScript Engineer, I primarily worked with QA training and Transport for London (TFL). I drafted and implemented training programs, managing and analyzing code success rates to optimize QA pass rates. For TFL, my work focused on optimizing and coding for electronic billboards on the tube map, ensuring efficient and effective digital communication across the network.
