I was employed as a sale assistant and was offered the role of temporary supervisor in Lupton Andale. Lids are an American fashion retailer, specializing in the biggest and best selection of sportswear and headgear such as NFL, NHL, NBA and MLB fashion.

My role involved supervising a small team of staff, taking responsibility of opening and closing the store, displaying, arranging and replenished stock as well as styling the product display models, taking cash and card payments, handling returns and refunds. I have the ability and experience of being able to collegiate hats in the latest designs and trends with customize embroidery designs.

I provided good customer care and built a good rapport with the customers as well as my colleague, to be able to manage this role, I had to be well-organized with a critical eye for details and b able to work smoothly under pressure
