Experience of monitoring project development by tracking implementation, completion rates alongside setting reporting requirements. Additional experience of organising and coordinating research and data collection initiatives to engage government stakeholders and key decision makers in policy change and advancing calls for new policies.

 I possess nearly three years of extensive experience in embedding race equality initiatives within a major organisation in Birmingham, and have gained significant experience of relevant project management skills, and engaging with marginalised groups in higher education. 

I have a proven track record of effectively engaging key internal and external stakeholders, including government representatives, to drive social impact initiatives. Notably, my experience includes speaking engagements in Parliament and engaging MPs on social justice causes, demonstrating my capability to navigate complex environments and effectuate meaningful change.

I hold a Master’s degree in Philosophy, Religion, and Ethics, and my interest in philosophy has been a motivation throughout my academic and professional journey. During my MA I conducted qualitative research projects and literature review to investigate hypothesis's.
