Came in as Holding Manager and Deputy manager at the Fine Line Canary Wharf and later as the acting General manager. I then moved and joined the management team at fuller’s newest acquisition the Half Moon in Herne hill. The Half Moon is a high-volume site currently one of Fullers top earning sites, a large pub with a restaurant area, outdoor bar, function room and twelve boutique hotel rooms.
My duties include all aspects of the day to day running of the business - bar, hotel and restaurant. From hiring and training staff (67 in total), ordering, marketing, planning events, stock control, financial control, cellar management, rotas, menu planning, health and safety, and all aspects of compliance.
