Whistle Punks Axe Throwing - Axe Throwing instructor (July 2021 - Present)
In my role as an Axe Throwing Instructor at Whistle Punks, I provided exceptional customer service by welcoming and guiding customers through safe axe throwing techniques, entertaining as well as hosting tournaments and mini games. ensuring an engaging and enjoyable experience. Additionally, I handled various hospitality tasks, including preparing and serving food and drinks. I worked at the bar, serving cocktail beverages, and operated in the kitchen, preparing and presenting simple food items such as frozen pizzas and putting together sharing sized nachos dishes etc. My other responsibilities also included handling card transactions, operating the till, and maintaining a clean and organised environment in both the bar and kitchen areas. Collaborating with team members, I ensured efficient service, adhered to food safety standards, and contributed to a positive, lively atmosphere for all guests.

Jessops - Photo Lab Customer Sales expert (July 2016 - Aug 2020)
During my time as a Photo Lab sales expert at Jessops, I was integral to the lab's operations, managing the processing and printing of a variety of film formats, such as 35mm, 120, 110, and APS, using Fuji Frontier wet and dry lab machines. I’m experienced in large-format printing, including A1, A0, A2, A3 and custom sizes, and was trained in canvas building, consistently producing top-tier products. My skills were further enhanced when I was selected to attend specialised training at Fujifilm’s headquarters in Bedford, where I acquired training in the operation and maintenance of the new machines jessops were transitioning over to from wet to dry labs. Beyond the technical aspects, I was responsible for the routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lab machinery, ensuring optimal performance and swift resolution of any issues. I also handled quality control, carefully inspecting each print and product to meet strict standards before they reached customers. In addition to my lab duties, I provided excellent customer service, assisting with in-store inquiries, managing order processing, and overseeing inventory management, contributing to a seamless and efficient workflow. This role honed my ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.

Clas Ohlson - Customer Service Assistant (August 2014 - July 2016)
In my role as a Customer Service Assistant at Clas Ohlson, I provided top-tier service to customers by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. My responsibilities included managing cash transactions, processing claims to broken products, stocking shelves and operating the till. I ensured the sales floor was well-organised and stocked, creating a welcoming shopping environment. Additionally, I collaborated with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver a seamless customer experience. My role required strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, consistently fostering positive customer interactions and loyalty.
