I have worked in the healthcare service for a number of years, specifically clinical and surgical and more recently managerial roles.  
Direct client care has been the foundation throughout my career and I am looking to continue to develop this through a career change.

Throughout my career I have developed essential skills, from working with and managing teams as well working autonomously.  
I can offer strong communication skills.

Hobbies include outdoor sports and activities, gym, and rock climbing.
 

Collaborative working with the wider clinical and administrative teams to ensure high standards and efficient service delivery. 

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, Client/Patient safety and high standards in the healthcare setting. 

Safeguarding and promoting the wellbeing of clients/Patients while proactively identifying risks and providing the necessary support and guidance. 

Provide training and mentorship, supporting staff performance and development including appraisal process. 

Regular MDT meetings to review National and local policy, Clinical governance, Incident investigation, Client/Patient feedback. 

Data collection and auditing, project management, staff recruitment, along with effective management of budget and finance. 

Regular use of Computer systems for patient tracking and data recording.
