An experienced analyst with nearly 4 years experience working in the Financial Services. My biggest career achievement is being selected for the Top Talent scheme at LGIM, reserved for a very small selection of employees that display exceptional work, which opens up opportunities within the team and across the organisation. I am organised, efficient and creative, with strong time-management and communication skills.

In my free time I like to boulder and complete the odd jigsaw.

• Review of all potential breaches, through accurate understanding and interpretation of the output versus the corresponding fund specific and regulatory guidelines within the portfolio monitoring platform. Maintaining effective dialogue and working relationships with Fund Managers, Client Directors, and the wider business in relation to monitoring issues, reporting and client changes.
• Supporting fund launches/restructures/amendments, through effective engagement with Product Management / Client Implementation teams and Internal Coding team. I have been responsible for launching a variety of funds within my time at LGIM.
• Investigate a large number of post trade monitoring alerts per day. As a result of my strong progress, I took on QC duties for colleagues' alerts. I was selected to investigate pre-trade monitoring alerts, where I work closely with management to approve fund managers trades. Management are confident in my ability where I am left to approve/reject trades on days such as bank holidays where I am working by myself.
• Lead on restricted lists. I have owned this area and have been crucial in the identification and completion of restricted lists. Training of team members on the more technically difficult lists and to delegate list updates to team members, encompassing their learning needs.
• Lead on training of new/existing colleagues. I have been given freedom on how I have carried out this training and able to develop my own successful ways.
• Lead on migration to new monitoring platform where I have been able to provide crucial feedback and complete post/pre trade alerts, all while modelling the new environment.
• Carried out graduate interviews for all LGIM roles just 3 months into my employment.
