James is a compassionate and experienced support worker with over six years of hands-on care experience across diverse settings in the UK and Nigeria. Since April 2022, he has worked with United Response, providing person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs—fostering independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Prior to this, he served with Datton Nursing Agency (Jan–Apr 2022), delivering high-quality care in residential and clinical environments, including dementia and palliative care.
