• Worked at the front desk welcoming over 100 guests a day, providing information, and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner; I was described as a “great asset to the team and having “great initiative” by the HR officer. 
• Recorded and checked financial transactions on Microsoft Excel, giving me an understanding of how a large multinational hotel chain successfully manages finance.
• Conducted 15 job interviews for a range of roles, receiving training on what qualities make a good candidate.

Shadowed the Head of Finance at Bart’s Health Hospital, (London)                                                                  February 2019

• Personally taught by the Head of Finance how to analyse the suitability of a proposal, managing finance, cost reduction strategies all whilst considering sustainability targets.
• Applied this knowledge into the real-world by participating in resolving the long-term challenge of building a new hospital, as well as meeting numerous stakeholders.
• Cold calling local residents led to 75% turn out at public consultation meeting for new hospital.

Gained a place on PwC’s Business Insight Week, (London)                                                                                          June 2018 

• Networked and collaborated with various groups of candidates in solving immersive case studies; this improved my intuition and creative problem-solving capabilities within a diverse team. 
• Gained insight into understanding income, expenditure, and profits of a Big Four firm as well as how to help a retailer better understand the needs of its customers.

Volunteered at South-Woodford Library, (London)                                                                        December 2016-May 2018

• Initiated and subsequently led a Sunday book reading club for children. This club proved popular with over 30 people attending the club every Sunday.
• Handled customer enquiries by communicating the appropriate information as well as providing solutions to solve customer problems.
