I want to share my knowledge and experience with other smaller organisations to improve Safeguarding and Governance Processes and Improve the Quality of Care for Children and Adults

I have worked as a COO for large scale health and social care providers overseeing over 300 children's homes, schools and adult care services across the UK. 

I have been a Board Level Director for over 30 years 

Masters Degree ( MBA) , BA Hons in professional studies, CIPD Qualified. Diploma in Employment Law
