Jasmine Hughes

I am a positive and confident individual who excels when under pressure. I work well both individually and as part of a team, I have great leadership qualities and will often volunteer myself for additional responsibilities. I build relationships with colleges and children that are built on trust and respect and are both positive and professional. I am a very understanding individual and am able to approach situations in a range of different ways. The classroom atmosphere that I create is happy and fun while remaining both safe and stimulating.

Since September 2020 I have worked within many different schools as a supply teacher, my experiences include:

• Working 1:1 with a year 3 child with SEND
• Working 1:1 with a visually impaired young adult in a local college
• I have worked in a high number of primary schools as both a class teacher and TA, these range from small schools that have just 4 mixed classes to three from entry schools
• I have worked in serval nurseries with children from birth up, including a SEN Nursery
• I specialise in Computing 
• Have worked within an EAL school
• Supported a school during their Ofsted inspection 
• Attended multiple out of school activities and trips
• Organised assemblies
