As a young recruiter with three years of experience in HR administration, I have learned the importance of building strong relationships with candidates in order to find the right fit for both the candidate and the organization. I strongly believe in empathy and making candidates feel valued throughout the hiring process.

My approach to recruiting involves taking the time to understand the candidate's experience, skills, and career goals, as well as the needs and culture of the organization. By doing so, I can identify the best candidates for the job and ensure that they are a good match for the organization.

Once a candidate has been hired, I focus on making sure that they feel welcome and supported in their new role. I believe that a positive work environment and a sense of purpose are essential for employee happiness and retention.

To this end, I work closely with managers and colleagues to ensure that new hires receive proper training and are integrated into the team. I also stay in touch with employees to address any concerns and to provide support as needed.
