I am a hard worker and really want the opportunity to broaden my skills and be hands on. Experience

I have had experience in Nurseries and also at Flipout. Working in these settings has allowed me to gain skills because  working in a nursery has honed my ability to manage and organise tasks efficiently. The dynamic and often unpredictable nature of the nursery environment requires quick thinking and adaptability, skills that are essential in retail. I have become good at multitasking, prioritising responsibilities, and maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard. Additionally, my role in the nursery has significantly enhanced my customer service skills. Interacting with parents and caregivers on a daily basis has taught me the importance of clear communication, patience, and empathy. I have learned to listen actively to concerns and provide solutions in a friendly and professional manner. These interpersonal skills are directly transferable to a retail setting, where customer satisfaction is paramount. Furthermore, working with children has instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Ensuring the safety and well-being of the children in my care requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. These qualities are crucial in retail, where maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and providing accurate information to customers are key components of the role.

Education

I studied Health & Social Care Lebel 3 Extended Diploma in college and completed my A levels. My A level results are DDM which is equivalent to AAB.
