About Jean Keyser:
I am an innovative, passionate and driven College Lecturer of over twelve years with five years’ experience on an Academic Board. As my CV will attest, during this period I have also initiated and seen through several initiatives based on the socio-economic needs of the learners. This has also meant writing the policies for these initiatives, including the pre-requisites for establishing a research department within the institution. In addition to this, I conducted the institutional research to base these initiatives and other recommendations on sound facts. Over the years I have continuously advanced my abilities in ethics, governance and policy development, which is why I now wish to take on a full time Governance role that better suites my skills and interests. I believe that is where I could make the biggest positive impact.
