About Jeanette Dickson:

I am a product owner with 18 months experience of working with a small development team, taking a SaaS product to market. Previously a Provisioning Consultant with over 10 years experience providing business clients with voice and data services from a variety of carriers, such as BT Wholesale and Gamma. 

Experience

I have almost 18 months experience working as a Product Owner for a telecoms organisation, taking their first product to market. In a small team, I prioritise the backlog and work heavily with stakeholders in all areas of the business, as well as customers.

Within the same organisation, I have over 10 years experience as a telecoms provisioner, in which I also implemented new processes, and worked with large clients in the education and broadcasting sectors to complete varied complex projects across mobile, data, SIP and porting.

Education

2018 - 19, PGCE/Teacher training. I am adept at presenting, time management, and very self-motivated.

2003-2007 - MA(Hons) Geography, 2:1, University of Edinburgh. 

3 A levels: AAB , 11 GCSEs, A and A* grade, inc English and Maths
