I’m a passionate and results-driven communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications, employee engagement, and strategic event delivery. Currently, I lead national internal communications at Willmott Dixon, where I’ve developed a strategy that aligns with business priorities and enhances employee experience across the organisation.

Previously, I held senior roles at Balfour Beatty, where I supported executive leaders, including the CIO and CPO, with strategic communications advice. I crafted engaging content for digital platforms and led major events such as leadership conferences and financial results broadcasts. My ability to translate complex messages into compelling narratives has consistently helped drive engagement and alignment.

My career spans a range of sectors, including transport, construction, and health & safety, with roles at CrossCountry, PeoplePlus, and Carillion. I’ve delivered innovative campaigns, developed intranet platforms, and supported leadership visibility, always with a focus on connecting people to purpose.

I’m skilled in multi-channel content creation, channel strategy, and stakeholder engagement, and I’ve mentored and developed junior team members to help them achieve their goals.
