I'm Jenna, an architecture master's student looking for a part-time role (8-15 hours/week) to complement my studies. I bring strong customer service, sales, and architectural experience, with proven communication and time management skills.  I’m reliable, a quick learner, and excited to take on new challenges.

BDP is one of the world's largest architectural practices, which (in Cardiff) specialises in the healthcare and education fields. Supported various stages of design across hospitals, schools and college projects. 

• Various architectural tasks: Design development, architectural drawings, report compilation, client presentations, running stakeholder engagement sessions with clients. 
• Matching high-paced, deadline-driven schedules to deliver high quality design packs to clients.
• Training and mentoring new graduate staff, managing short-term placement students.
• Social committee lead - organising social events including team socials, monthly potluck lunch events, seasonal/themed celebrations. 
• Coordinated stock replenishment with external management to ensure smooth office operations, maintaining essential supplies such as tea, coffee, milk, ink, and stationery.

August 2016 – May 2018

Sales assistant and framer   ·   The Framer’s Gallery (Wolverhampton)

Working multiple roles in a small picture framer's shop which had an adjoined art supply shop and art gallery. 

• Working with customers to design and sell bespoke frames.
• Managing enquiries and frame collections.
• Processing orders, bills and payments in person and over the phone.
• Sales from connected art gallery and craft shop.
• Assembling frames and orders in the workshop.
• Developed strong time management and organization skills in response to fast-paced environment and tight turnarounds, during the weekends throughout my A-Levels.

Temporary one-month contract to cater to increased supermarket demand during the initial COVID lockdown.

• Replenishing stock onto shelves efficiently under strict timeframes to meet increased demand in supermarkets.
• Balancing complex and changing COVID restrictions in store.
• Maintaining an orderly and clean environment on the shop floor.
• Providing customer assistance while enforcing social distancing limits.
