Jennifer Halstead

I’ve been employed with British Airways for many years (34 years to be precise) as Cabin Crew. I’m also a Brand Ambassador where I represent the airline here and overseas at various events by promoting the airline and the services we offer. I have excellent customer service skills, I work well as part of a team and I go above and beyond to make our customers have the best travel experience. I’m comfortable liaising with CEOs or a restless child onboard.  The job can be challenging at times and shift work tiring,  but I thoroughly enjoy what I do and I provide a wealth of experience and passion to anything I’m involved in.
