My portfolio is professional work experience in Counselling, Psychotherapy, Specialist Coaching, EFT and Relaxation Techniques. I also have studied and hold qualifications in a number of therapeutic modalities from the Freud Museum, Bowlby Centre, Psychoanalytical Society, Prudence Skynner Clinic, and British Psychotherapy Foundation.

I help individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, sole traders, corporate staff, executives, healthcare professionals and all bands of medical staff. I have onsite, remote-working, and nomadic-working experiences.
