About Jenny McLaughlan:
I began my career in the pharmaceutical industry, starting as a field sales representative and steadily advancing to roles as a trainer and ultimately an area manager. This foundation provided me with invaluable experience in sales, leadership, and team development.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, I launched my own company inspired by a business idea I was passionate about. Over 14 successful years, including an appearance on Dragons’ Den, I led the business to operate globally. While market challenges eventually led to its closure, the journey equipped me with a wealth of expertise in marketing, business strategy, team training, and implementing efficient business systems. Above all, it reinforced my passion for working with people and fostering their growth and development.
Currently, I also manage a small estate agency and mortgage brokerage, which has further honed my skills in client relations and business operations.
I am now seeking the stability of a dynamic, team-oriented role in a professional environment. I thrive on collaboration, mentorship, and contributing to collective success. Outside of work, I’m deeply passionate about fitness, the outdoors, and snowboarding—activities that reflect my energetic and goal-driven personality.
