I am a resourceful and practical, results-oriented and committed professional with over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager and over 30 years of experience within the construction industry and real estate management. I am adept at handling tough, challenging assignments that require tenacity and creativity. I have considerable client facing project experience, delivering projects on time and within budget.. I am well-versed in efficiently and effectively coordinating both third party and internal teams and skilled at identifying or anticipating problems and providing solutions. 

As a Senior Project Manager (client side) I have led various projects to completion, these include 2 Hotels, Apple’s new German HQ and The Royal bank of Canada’s German HQ. It was my remit to f.e. conduct feasibility analytics and prepare a project development plan. This entailed liaising with various stakeholders, negotiating legal requirements and establishing, implementing, tracking, and controlling of the budget to ensure projects stayed within financial constraints and define potential investment savings. Time/schedule controlling and ensuring all health and safety guidelines are maintained. I have been recognised consistently for advocating continuous improvement and for demonstrating the acumen required to analyse performance across several metrics.

I possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and I am passionate about facilitating effective dialogue between internal and external parties. I can encourage team- and individual development and provide a first-class service to clients and stakeholders.

Having lived in the UK for over 22 years, I am now looking to permanently return to the UK to pursue my career and be closer to my adult children and family. Germany has been good for gaining valuable experience and furthering my career, however, it was never my intention to remain here long term. I am very much looking forward to returning home.
