Jeremiah Elisha Gwani

I hold a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. After completing my National Youth Service, I worked as a Quantity Surveyor/Foreman for an Estate and Property Company and also worked as a Quantity Surveyor in a private Consultancy Firm in Nigeria.

In my previous roles, I have gained extensive experience in all aspects of quantity surveying, including:

• Procurement and subcontract management
• Cost control and monitoring
• Variation order management
• Reporting and analysis

I am also proficient in various software programs used in the construction industry, such as Bluebeam Revu, MS Project, and Excel.

I am a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic My experience has heightened my dexterity, accountability and ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision. I have also been exposed to a lot of paperwork, Construction supervision, Report writing, cost monitoring, Records keeping, decision making and teamwork.
