Jessica Moss

I am 21 years old and have recently graduated with a 2:2 from De Montfort University. I have a passion for people and want to use my knowledge of society and crime to help people who are at a disadvantage. I strongly believe everybody deserves a chance to succeed and I want to be able to help people achieve this. I frequently work out at the gym and have previously worked with West Mercia Police as a volunteer police cadet. 

I currently work at Jones Bootmaker in Leicester Highcross. During my time at this job I have been able to advance my people skills and have been given supervisor responsibilities. Previous to this I worked in a care home as a care assistant, responsible for 20 plus residents a day suffering with mental health issues, dementia and advanced illnesses. This job really drove my passion to help people and gave me the opportunity to improve my communication skills, especially where vulnerable people are involved

My most recent education was at De Montfort University, where I graduated with a 2:2 in Criminology. Before that I did my A levels at Worcester Sixth Form College where I left with A levels in English Language and Sociology, and a Btec in Law.
