M&A Due Diligence: Conducted supplier assessments for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) activities, playing a pivotal role in risk mitigation and integration strategies.
Legal and Regulatory Proficiency: Expertise in UK procurement law， ensuring compliance and governance excellence.
