As I venture further into my academic pursuits, I am currently honing my expertise through a Master of Science program in Safety & Human Factors in Aviation at the revered Cranfield University, UK. This educational endeavor, projected to conclude in September 2023, is set to refine my expertise, allowing me to delve deeper into the essential aspects influencing safety and efficiency in the aviation sphere.

Parallel to my academic odyssey is a rich professional narrative marked by roles laden with responsibility and significant impact. My inaugural venture in the industry was with Air India Express, a leading low-cost airline based in Kochi, Kerala. In my role as an Officer of Flight Safety from January 2012 to June 2016, I assumed the mantle of safeguarding aviation safety standards and bolstering operational efficacy. My duties were extensive, involving meticulous monitoring of Flight Operations Quality Assurance (FOQA) and leading incident investigations, tasks that honed my ability to identify potential hazards and manage comprehensive databases.

Building upon this foundation, I embraced a pivotal role at Air Costa, where I played a critical part in revitalizing operational safety and compliance. Here, I was entrusted with fostering a well-defined Safety Management System, a task that required astute attention to detail and a profound understanding of QMS principles and practices.

My professional journey came full circle when I rejoined Air India Express in a senior role, spearheading the creation of a robust quality assurance system. This position allowed me to significantly enhance customer experiences and refine ground handling agreements, echoing my commitment to fostering growth and development within team settings.

Aside from my professional commitments, I am an enthusiast of PC simulation gaming, trekking, and reading, hobbies that mirror my analytical and fun-loving nature. My linguistic proficiency in Hindi, English, and Malayalam fosters harmonious relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
