Led a multidisciplinary creative and technology agency focused on sustainability and education, resulting in consistent growth and revenue expansion of approximately 20% annually.

• Directed the Agile development of a SaaS Aquaculture Healthcare App using React Native and submerged sensors, driving the entire product discovery process from conception to launch.
• Provided strategic direction for multiple Annual Reports to enhance sustainability communications and broaden audience reach beyond traditional channels.
• Successfully secured public and private sector tenders, leading strategy development and conducting face-to-face interviews.

TOTL Tech Ltd, Sheffield

Founder / Product Owner

Top of the League Football Quiz (TOTL) is built using React Native and self published across Android and Apple app stores. 

• Designed gameplay mechanics, characters, and interfaces using Figma and Adobe suite.
• Created a comprehensive specification in Confluence, leading to successful procurement of remote development services through Invitation To Tender.
• Led Agile development teams across UK, Pakistan, and South Africa, utilising Jira for effective project management throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Achieved top 100 ranking for trivia games on both platforms in January 2023.

Dust Collective / Benchmark Holdings Plc, International
2012 - 2020  
Product Owner

• Worked as part of the Leadership Team to secure the purchase of Dust Collective (design studio) by Benchmark Holdings, in the run up to listing on the AIM stock market.
• Responsible for a team of 13 Creatives and 3 Developers, working in parallel with Marketing Directors from across the PLC on a variety of Creative, Technical and Infrastructure projects.
• Part of the team responsible for bringing Ectosan and CleanTreat to market. Working with the regulators to ensure brand, packaging and launch campaign materials are inline with guidance from the VMA and NoMA.
• Successfully implemented Bynder digital asset management platform across the PLC.

2010 - 2012 
Senior Digital Project Manager

• Led the end-to-end design and development of the EE Recycle and Reward web platform, overseeing remote teams in Pakistan and Poland as well as a local team of 4 Designers in Sheffield. Provided coaching and mentoring to ensure team success.
• Created and delivered the highly acclaimed Great American Express Gold Rush trading game, a web application deployed across multiple platforms including Facebook. Resulting  in a significant increase in card applications throughout the UK and Europe.

• Developed licensed brands and entertainment franchises for Nintendo DS and Wii platforms, including Wallace & Gromit and The Cube.
• Mentored and recruited graduate talent to expand and strengthen development teams.

• Authoring Manager responsible for Who Wants to Be a Millionaire digital products on multiple platforms and regions. Working to streamline design and development processes and automate asset creation.

• Responsible for developing original interactive content for websites, from quizzes to arcade style games.
