About Jim Cleaver-Hardcastle:

25+ years of working within the nhs and office environments at all levels.

Experience

My most recent job was working for NHS Test and Trace as a Covid-19 Tester/Operative since October 2020. I took this job as it sounded very interesting and was something I felt would be helpful to not only myself, but also all of us affected by Covid-19. Initially I was working in a walk-in centre and testing individuals for Covid-19, as the pandemic changed my role then progressed to working at a drive through centre where no 2 days are the same. I am very loyal to the company I work for and find progression in a company very rewarding. I am currently actively looking for employment due to my current role being made redundant as of 30th March 2022 due to the COVID-19 mandatory testing process coming to an end. My previous job role was working for a very small local Worcester company that dealt with the management of business and company Gas & Electricity supplies. Initially I was employed in a customer service role but after a very short period I was promoted to a complaint management role which meant I was dealing with more complex customers and any day to day issues they had with billing and complaints. I have had to deal closely with the Energy Ombudsman as well as the Citizens advice bureau for any customers that needed to escalate their complaint or issue. I found this to be highly rewarding and interesting work. I then progressed into a more diverse role dealing with project coordination as well as keeping the helpdesk role and managing the customers queries. Unfortunately, this post was made redundant due to declining sales at the company. Previously I have worked for Orange for over 11 1/2 years, with an extensive career. I started work within Orange as a Customer Services Advisor and I was quickly promoted to Team Leader, Customer Services Trainer and Customer Services Manager dealing with all inbound and outbound customer issues. I also volunteer as a Trustee Secretary for a local charity in Worcester. I have voluntarily undertaken more certification in Emergency First Aid at work as well as the National Stop Smoking Cessation Advisor qualification as I do like to keep learning new skills. In all previous endeavours I have always successfully completed my workload on time and within budget and very often exceeding expectations. I am always willing to learn and take on a new challenge.

Education

I have excellent customer service and office environment skills and training.
