Jo Brennan

I have a proven track record of success in leading change and improving the learning experiences, attainment and achievement of all students, and have led successfully in several schools. I act decisively to shape student experience and content so it creates opportunities - not only in the context of results, but also in terms of equipping children to thrive throughout their life. I am an assured and engaging communicator; my ability to pull together content in a way that is most appropriate for my audience is a strength. I am skilled at being able to synthesise educational research into something that is fit for purpose for school leaders, teachers and support staff at every stage of their career. My varied roles in middle and senior leadership, as well as cross-school support and leadership, evidences my ability to work well within a team. I am tenacious and confident, and am able to think on my feet. I have an excellent work ethic, and a good eye for detail.

I am a former senior leader in secondary and further education, and am currently working in a consultancy role for an education charity.

I have a PGCE, and a BA (hons) degree.
