About Joal Goodall:
10 years working IT after starting a level 3 apprenticeship at age 17. After completing that apprenticeship, I then went on to complete my level 4 and have been working for an MSP for the last 7 years.
I've always known IT was the job that I wanted to go into. Ever since I was a child, I have enjoyed the challenge that is presented with IT and the satisfaction I get from problem solving continues to drive my passion.
Experience
Experienced and proactive IT Support Engineer with almost 10 years of hands-on experience providing 2nd and 1st line technical support across Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra, and Windows Server environments. Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues involving SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive. Strong working knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP and VPN configuration. Demonstrated success managing school-wide IT infrastructure independently, overseeing system administration, hardware rollouts, and user support for hundreds of devices and 100+ users.
