I create success for the day. I found ways as a supervisor to upsell in comradery and encouraging skill sharing. During my degree I was elected as the course representative during Covid. I collaborated between the staff faculty and my colleagues. My role was to support students' experience at an immediate level, offering advice and guidance, to also shaping the course for the upcoming year. I do not feel constricted in a support role. I am bold in my ownership. Given the responsibility, my scope for alternative solutions widens. Later, hosting Permaculture-living in Colombia meant managing tasks and people.

Working for a communications business my style of open and thorough communication was not underappreciated. Administratively, 4Com equipped me with how to compose professional emails, e-notetaking, call-handling experience and de-escalation training. I used various software platforms and liaised interdepartmentally including third-party providers. I worked with caseloads to solve any technical issues and achieved daily KPIs. Soon after my arrival I was managing the collections process for the support team.

During my degree I was elected as the course representative for Philosophy, Politics and Art. My main responsibilities were to communicate the decisions that were made by the staff faculty and other course representatives to the students on my course. This continual feedback loop would analyse student wellbeing and satisfaction and help to design the course progressively. I do not feel constricted in a leadership role, instead I am made bold and my scope widens to search for alternative solutions.
