• Teaching and a diverse number of short and long courses within the Adult Education Sector such as Safeguarding, Prevent, Online Safety, Personal Development, Employability skills, Lean Management Organisation Techniques, Team Structure, Business Development and improvements, Health and Safety, Customer Service, Electronic, Science, technical-based courses to FE students and apprentices, covering Level 1, 2, 3, BTEC, EAL and City & Guilds 
• Managing and tracking a portfolio of apprentices, and subsequently recording evidence of their progress at their places of work, to assess and claim their NVQ qualification.
• Complete relevant observations onsite.
• Performing regular progress reviews on all qualifications.
• Preparing learners to enter and complete all aspects EPA.
• Managing and setting SMART targets
