I’m passionate about the health and wellness of people across the world particularly in the uk as I have worked over seas for the last 8 years and have noticed the rise in obesity and mental health conditions.  I have experience in both group and one to one coaching and have a background in Human Resources and customer service which has allowed me to understand human behaviour and the requirements needed to make good choices and healthy lifestyle changes to prevent or improve illness.  I am extremely motivated in seeing results and working effectively to achieve good results. I am caring and compassionate and have a genuine interest to help people and make them feel good. I’m extremely organised and efficient. I enjoy conversation and listening and I’m extremely health conscious and pragmatic when it comes to making realistic humanistic changes. I’m relaxed and calm in nature and enjoy challenging environments.
