About Jodie-Anne Smith:

▪ Supporting the most demanding, and highest revenue generating customer accounts within the business with account for 45-50% of turnover

▪ Identify and solve stock availability related issues, such as obsolescence and supersession of SKUs.

▪ Working with other departments within the business to ensure the customer is always the focus of the operation.

▪ Deliver presentations and reports to customers regarding business performance and order fulfilment.

▪ Identify, resolve, and delegate potential problems within the supply chain that could adversely affect order fulfilment.

▪ Maintaining active supplier relations within a base of 20 suppliers, based in the UK, Europe and Far East

▪ Orderbook management of five to six thousand SKUs to confirm and expedite where needed to ensure service level agreements are met.

▪ React to demanding world events that affect the supply of goods for example, Covid and Brexit.

▪ Training an onboarding of new starters within the business

Experience


• Excellent knowledge of Word Microsoft Dynamics, Lotus, Merchant, Ignite and Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

• Able to prioritise workload with the intent to meet needs of the business

• Determination to meet KPI’s and targets

• Vast experience in handling complaints or discrepancies with efficient resolution

• Contract management skills, able to improve on processes already in place to maximise performance and minimise financial instability with the confidence to display ideas to shareholders

• Experience in warehouse environment
