Joe Elliott

I am thirty-one years old with a family history in construction. I have a sound knowledge and wide range of experience within multiple sectors of the construction industry, with a primary focus on fast-paced fit-out projects. I have an expertise in construction management and technology implementation, and I have a strong ambition to continue to progress and succeed in all aspects of my life, both personally and professionally.

I currently work as Senior Project Manager / Project Lead for ISG, a role I've been dedicated to since I joined the company in 2018. Working on both framework and transactional project types through multiple sectors, my knowledge of technical construction makes me ideal for complicated projects that require a developed understanding to find solutions to inherent issues. My time working on the client team has made me well-versed in addressing the challenges clients face in projects. I have extensive experience managing large teams of people and have progressed many management training to progress my abilities. My ability to manage people is prudent to my success across projects and professional development. It is a part of my skillset that I always look to develop further and progress, with ongoing training constantly planned. 

Due to my background and knowledge in design and management, I can effectively pick up, plan, and manage projects with minimal information. I quickly engage with clients and design teams to help steer any requirements and gather the information needed to set up and progress projects. I regularly participate in design team meetings where relevant, using my experience to best assist the client team whenever possible. I am a methodical and process-driven leader, regularly utilizing my extensive knowledge of construction and project management. I am extremely passionate about construction and always fully immerse myself in any project to ensure its successful delivery.

Throughout my career, I have continued to develop my skill set, progressing through my academic qualifications while working full time for ISG and previous companies. My academic and professional qualifications attest to my ability to express and utilize my knowledge of the construction process from the initial brief through to delivery and handover. My passion and ability make me a key member of any project, and my attitude provides clients with an approachable manager who will happily explain any decision or recommendation, always to the benefit of the projects and teams.
