Experience
An experienced and committed IT Service Management (ITSM) professional, with a strong background of over 5 years in Service Management and demonstrable experience of delivering ITSM capabilities across the ITIL Service Management Lifecycle. During my career in IT Services, I have worked successfully alongside a number of large Public Sector clients and have focussed on a wide range of ITSM engagements, including operational service delivery, service management consultancy and service transformation experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments, and large-scale digital & IT transformation projects.
