Joe Walters

Currently just completed a year Internship at Philips as a Service Operations Intern, my day to day tasks consisted of answering customer calls and delivering prompt friendly customer service to the caller as well as coordinating orders of spare parts and planning engineers to hospital sites for any breakdown repairs needed, ensuring any queries would be solved on first contact with the customer.

Additionally I worked in a diverse team using excellent teamwork to work towards daily call targets in order to provide our customers the best customer service in the health sector.

After this role I am now in my final year at the University of Chicheste  studying Business Management where I have been able to interact and work with several people of different backgrounds whom share the same passion for business with me in order to complete our group assignments to an excellent standard.

I am a confident friendly enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and Business, I am able to confidently deal with any issues that may arise in these types of roles and I am able to use my initiative to overcome challenging situations my previous experience coupled with my eagerness to grow and learn would make me an asset to your team.
