I have six years experience in the mental health field. I have worked across a range of settings, modalities and clinical presentations, including face-to-face and online, inpatient and outpatient. I have more than three years experience specialising in CBT. 

Since completing my post-graduate diploma in CBT in August 2022, I have started a clinical psychology doctorate at the University of Oxford. This involves clinical work with complex presentations. I am also conducting research into cognitive models of OCD and Panic Disorder.
