I'm a Southern African, extroverted individual who thrives in environments where innovation and critical thinking are at the forefront of the collective conscience. Experience

I have worked in customer service roles and done restaurant work, which has allowed me to develop communication skills that make me relate well to people. I have worked as a freelance sound engineer for over 3 years. I have cold-called clients and secured leads in order to sell my services to them. I have used the theoretical knowledge I acquired in my BSC in order to segment the market and find my niche. This has led to more success in creating a client database that is maximised for customer retention as my services cater to their specific needs. I would be able to apply the same nudging techniques I have used in my call list to generate upsells for virgin media services. Furthermore, I have developed the interpersonal skills to create a CRM system that is optimised to take customers down the sales funnel promptly. Moreover, I have utilised innovative digital marketing techniques, resulting in frequent surges in customer advocacy.

Education

I have recently completed my BSC in consumer behaviour and marketing. I grappled with concepts that encapsulate the art of selling a product or service to prospective customers. I applied concepts such as segmentation and targeting to generate ads and digital marketing techniques that target the desired audience. I used various analytical tools to create a detailed customer persona. I have hands on experience with WordPress and website generators. I gained a substantial understanding of the psychological nudging techniques that can be used to provide value to customers and foster a CRM system that is optimised for customer advocacy.
