My name is John Andrews and I work using a Humanistic approach with some integrative techniques.  I believe that providing a safe nurturing space for you to explore helps to find a way forward.  I am passionate about helping my clients find a way through their psychological distress, and endeavour to deeply understand what it is like to be you from your own frame of reference. 

I have experience of working with and helping people who have mental health issues. I also have experience of working with addictions and a deep understanding of this issue.

I fully understand that the thought of contacting me can feel overwhelming, however you are more than welcome to contact me if you have any questions.  We can have an informal chat to discuss your needs to determine if my approach would be suitable for you.  I have some limited spaces left on my schedule before the end of the year.
