John Cullen

I am a very dedicated and hardworking young man. I have clear set goals and ambitions for my future and I work very well with people and in teams. I studied my GCSE's and A-Levels in Deyes High School where I achieved a C and above in every subject. I have recently came back from living in Italy for 3 months as I worked as an Au Pair. This experience taught me lots of life lasting skills such as independence, adapting quickly to different scenarios and experiencing work in a different country. I also have experience in fast food which has taught me great skills such as working in a fast paced environment, working as a team and ensuring the customer has an enjoyable experience. I am looking to gain experience in sectors such as sales as I have a huge passion for Watches and my ambition is to work in an environment where it is possible to sell time pieces to customers as I believe that is a luxury experience that can change the customers life. It would be an honour to have the opportunity to be trained and experience the sales sector in Watches as I believe my passion, hard work and dedication can improve my work

For 3 months, I worked as an Au Pair in Castel Vetro di Modena, Italy. I applied for this role due to my passion for Italy and my dedication to learn another language. I learnt multiple life lasting skills from this role such as adapting to different scenarios, working in another country and learning another language. I really enjoyed my experience as an Au Pair and it has the inspired me to work in another country as my Dad is currently working in Manama, Bahrain and it would be a great opportunity to find work there in the Watch Sales sector.

Volkswagen - Work Experience      June 23 - July 23

• For my work experience I worked with my Dad at Volkswagen, spending time with the parts department helping them complete tasks such as stock check lists, uploading stock and checking deliveries.
• This experience taught me valuable skills such as stock check, uploading stock and working off the demands of customers and other members of staff.
