With 13 years experience in food and hospitality, my passion for produce and great service has allowed me to lead teams across the globe in various high-end hospitality venues, most recently as the General Manager of the award winning Isle of Mull Hotel & Spa With a management belief based on integrity, quality and service, my aptitude for strategic thought and planning, and the ability to adapt quickly to new ideas and situations has allowed me to achieve consistent and significant success throughout my career. 

My varied experience in the USA, UK and Africa as well as bachelor degrees in both Business & Hospitality management allows me the ability to adapt quickly to change and lead diverse teams to meet ambitious goals.
