I have worked across the UK in Social Services, Education and the Private Sector as a Rehabilitation Office and as a Mobility Specialist.

I have worked on a self employed and employed basis.

I have over 20 years of experience in the field of Vision Rehabilitation.

In addition to my DipHe in Vision and Rehabilitation I also have the ACE working with Children and Young Adults. 

I also have the level 3 certificate in working with dual sensory clients.

I can communicate in BSL to a reasonable standard should the need arise.

I have worked in Education, Social Services and the Charities Sector.

I have worked as a Vision Rehabilitation Officer, Children's Mobility Instructor and as a Mobity Programme Manager.

I have provided 1:1 Sensory assessments.

Recorded case notes and assessments on bespoke computer systems.

I have created and provided training programs in Mobility, Daily Living Skills and Communication Skills including Low Vision Technology.
