I started as carer in 2017 with NVQ level3 in healthand socialcare andcare certificate. I worked on the field as a carer for couple of years, and progress to a supervisor and now a care coordinator and recruiter.
I have worked in every area of care alongside great minds, e.g. managers, occupational therapist, e.t.c
