I am passionate about caring. My son is in care at present and seeing what the care workers do for him, day in and day out has inspired me to apply. The only experience I have is my son who we managed at home for 15 years, just to keep him with us as long as possible.

As I stated, my experience is having LIVED EXPERIENCE with my son. Our family, my wife and other son have dealt with the effects of my younger sons condition for 15 years Most of this time I worked through the day and helped care for Callum at night

Life at home, and watching people help us care for my son is an education in itself!!
