About Jordan Ive:
I am an experienced and ambitious UEFA A Licensed Manager and Coach with an impressive range of achievements, garnered through roles in club academies and with first teams at semiprofessional clubs. My future career path focuses on first team management. My methods and ways of working are both modern and unique. I develop and build successful teams, players, coaches, and holistic football environments. Throughout my management and coaching career, I have established a successful track record in developing elite Academy players across various age groups, as well as senior players at the first team level. I am proficient in designing and implementing innovative coaching programmes. A proactive professional who can operate effectively as a key member of a multi-functional coaching team. I have demonstrated my leadership and mentorship skills in guiding individual players and teams to achieve on-field success.
Experience
The role encompassed comprehensive responsibilities in both first team and youth development management. For the first team, it involved planning and implementing coaching and player development sessions for a Southern League Premier Division South team, leading senior players and the coaching staff, and devising game plans aligned with match preparations. On match days, the role included team and squad selection, team talks, and tactical decisions, while also managing the playing budget and securing loan signings from higher-level clubs. Additionally, the position contributed to player recruitment and talent identification. In youth development, the role entailed monitoring and managing the performance of various age-group squads through a tailored coaching programme aligned with the club’s philosophy and player pathways. Responsibilities included designing Individual Player Development Programmes, leading technical coaching sessions, and ensuring progression into the Professional and Youth Development Phases (PDP and YDP). The role also involved regular communication with coaches, player reviews, and as Interim Lead for the Foundation Phase, managing session planning, micro-cycles, and yearly plans, in collaboration with the Head of Coaching and Academy Manager.
